Bulambuli County MP-Elect Hon. Biara Emmanuel Wepukhulu has pledged to provide transformative leadership focused on improved service delivery, accountability and community development after holding a Thanksgiving Ceremony attended by fellow legislators, leaders, friends and supporters.
The ceremony was held to appreciate the support and confidence shown by the people of Bulambuli, while also providing an opportunity for Hon. Biara to outline his commitment towards serving the electorate with dedication, integrity and responsible leadership.
During the event, Hon. Biara expressed gratitude to his colleagues in the 12th Parliament for joining him during the Thanksgiving Ceremony and for demonstrating solidarity with the people of Bulambuli.
He specifically thanked fellow legislators for their generous contribution of UGX 20 million towards the improvement of Muyembe Health Centre IV, describing the support as a strong demonstration of unity and shared responsibility among leaders.
