My name is Brian, and I come from Eldoret, Kenya. After completing my studies, I believed finding a good job would be one of the next steps in building my future. Unfortunately, the journey turned out to be much harder than I expected.
I submitted applications to different companies and organisations, hoping that one of them would give me an opportunity. I attended interviews, updated my CV several times, and continued searching, but months passed without securing the job I wanted.
As time went on, the situation became frustrating. I watched some of my former classmates find employment while I remained at home searching for opportunities.
